Peter and his team were great. Came and gave me a quote for the work on the roof replacing slate tiles. Came when they said they would and did great job. Will definitely use again.
Quick response to job posted. Came out and assessed the roof, gave details of the work required and arranged to carry out repair within reasonable timeline. Also carried out general inspection of the roof and was able to give quote for other general repairs required. No issues/concerns noted throughout process.
Super fast service from Peter! Came out within in an hour of the ad being posted, came out the next morning and had the job done in about an hour's time. Highly recommended!
Very responsive to our inquiry, booked us in quickly and arrived on time. The team were pleasant and knowledgeable and worked hard clearing and sealing the gutters. They also identified other work required on and around the roof. The house is a two storey Victorian property, so very high. Because of this, we were not entirely comfortable with the use of a ladder. Scaffolding, or a scaffold tower, would have been be preferred but recognize that would add significantly to the cost of the job.
Simple gutter repair completed quickly and efficiently. Good communication. Turned up promptly as arranged.

Called out this company ,they came out on day as I had water leaking into house,boys were friendly advised me problem gave me quote ,asked when could be repaired , as it was an urgent job they offered to repair straight away .They had job done within few hours ,I paid gave invoice emailed,had no issues since ,Would recommend this company very friendly and accommodating
Peter did much of the work himself and is obviously an experienced roofer with both flat and tiled surfaces. He came when he said he would and worked conscientiously. When he finally left the back garden and side driveway were tidy and all rubbish removed. I would use PM Contracts again for similar work.
Genuinely went above and beyond for our roof and leak problems. Very knowledgeable and we ended up hiring the team again for additional work on our property since they did such a great job the first time.

Pinpointed what they thought was the problem with the problematic leak in our conservatory, I agreed and they gave a guarantee that the repair we pull be watertight, advised the roof gullies needed cleaned of moss and sealed, I knew about an issue with one of the gullies but didn’t mention it, they found the issue and fixed it before showing me a photo of the problem they found, so 100% for honesty and also 100% for the jobs done. Would use again, no problem.
